Our services include comprehensive advice throughout the entire life cycle of projects in this field, covering both the pre-operational phase and the commencement of operations. Our advice extends from project structuring and financing through to implementation, including construction, the obtaining of concessions, easements and other regulatory authorizations and permits. We also advise on the negotiation and execution of the principal agreements required for project development, including construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, power supply agreements, transmission service agreements and others. Our experience also includes advising clients before OSINERGMIN, the energy sector regulator, and COES on tariff matters relating to various activities within the energy sector.

Our experience in energy-related dispute resolution is equally significant. We have a dispute resolution team with specialized knowledge of the energy sector and have successfully represented clients in administrative disputes before Peruvian regulatory authorities, investigations and sanctioning proceedings related to Competition Law, judicial proceedings, and domestic and international commercial and investment arbitrations.
