We provide advice on the structuring and financing of the project up to its implementation, including the construction, obtention of concessions, easements and other authorizations and permits required by the regulators. We also advise on the negotiation and execution of the main agreements required for the development of the project, including the construction, operation and maintenance contracts, agreements for the supply of energy, and agreements for transmission services, among others. Our experience also includes advising before the energy sector regulator, OSINERGMIN, and COES on tariff matters related to the diverse operations within the energy sector.
