José Antonio Payet and Carlos Patrón contributed to the Third Edition of “The Guide to Corporate Crisis Management” by Latin Lawyer

For the second year in a row, Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has collaborated with Latin Lawyer and other global organizations and law firms on The Guide to Corporate Crisis Management. The Third Edition of the Guide gathers the perspectives of 54 lawyers and other crisis management professionals and presents practical strategies to plan for and manage a range of crisis situations.

Partner José Antonio Payet, a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions, and Partner Carlos A. Patrón, a specialist in Competition law, authored the chapter, “M&A in a Crisis – Prone Environment: Red Flags and Warning Signs in Peru”.
