Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Credicorp Ltd. in connection with its US$500 million offering of 2.750% notes due 2025, which were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Credicorp is the largest financial services holding company in Peru with extensive experience in the Peruvian financial market. Credicorp has solid commercial banking, insurance and pension fund operations that serve all segments of the population, reinforced with a strong presence in Investment Banking in Latin America.
