Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Credicorp Ltd. in connection with its US$500 million offering of 2.750% notes due 2025, which were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Credicorp is the largest financial holding in Peru and conducts its financial services business through the following lines of business: universal banking, microfinance, insurance & pensions, and investment banking & wealth management.
