Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, as structuring bank, in connection with the structuring of the Second Corporate Bond Program of Financiera Efectiva S.A, and the structuring of the First Issuance made under such Program.

The deal closed on october, up to the sum of S/ 200 million.
