Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has represented Banco de Crédito del Perú and Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A. in the structuring of a loan granted to GLL Latam PAL 400 S.A.C.

We have represented Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, as structuring bank, and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as lender, in the structuring of a loan granted to GLL Latam PAL 400 S.A.C.

The fund will be used to acquire the building named PAL 400 which will be used to develop a real estate project in Lima.

The deal was signed on February by an undisclosed amount.
