We have represented Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. in the acquisition of two companies partially owned by Parque El Golf S.A.C. and Inmuebles Comerciales del Perú S.A.C. (subsidiaries of Parque Arauco) and some real estate properties.

The deal was signed on December 4 by the amount of US$81 million.
