Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez has represented Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, Scotiabank Perú y BTG Pactual in connection with the structuring of the Second Corporate Bond Program of Corporación Primax S.A., and the structuring of the First and Second Issuance made under such Program.

The registered program was for USD 200 million, the first placement was for PEN 223 million (USD 68 million) and the second placement for PEN 124.9 million (USD 38 million).
