We advise Expertia Travel in the structuring of a debt refinancing

Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Expertia Travel S.A. in a debt refinancing of its Cóndor Travel and Nuevo Mundo franchises for US $ 12.5 million.
Expertia Travel is the Tourist Holding owned by the Carlyle Group that groups together tourism companies from South America. In Peru, the holding includes the following brands: Nuevo Mundo Viajes, AGIL Peru in outbound tourism and, on the receptive tourism side, Condor Travel and its regional offices (Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina and Bolivia)
