Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised the British private equity firm Actis LLP on the acquisition of data processing centers from Nabiax.
This transaction had a value of 500 million dollars and concluded with the acquisition of eleven data centers located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and the United States (only in Florida).
