We advised Anglo American Quellaveco S.A. on the execution of the project “Improvement and Expansion of Public Services for Economic and Social Integration of the Coastal Boardwalk, Ilo – Moquegua.”

We advised Anglo American Quellaveco S.A. on the execution of the project “Improvement and Expansion of Public Services for Economic and Social Integration of the Coastal Boardwalk, Ilo – Moquegua.” The project was developed under Peru’s Works for Taxes (Obras por Impuestos – OxI) mechanism and involved an investment exceeding S/ 13 million. The initiative will allow the province of Ilo to develop a new coastal boardwalk, contributing to the promotion of tourism, strengthening the local economy, and improving the quality of life of the local population.

We are pleased to have provided legal advice to Anglo American Quellaveco S.A. throughout the development of this project, supporting its successful execution within the applicable regulatory framework for OxI projects and reinforcing our ongoing collaboration in the development of the Moquegua region.
