Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Banco BBVA Perú in the structuring of the First Commercial Paper Program for Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A, up to a total amount of US$100 million.

Agroindustrial Beta is a company founded in 1995 that produces, markets and exports asparagus, grapes, blueberries, avocados and pomegranates. They are considered one of the main agro-export companies in Peru that sells their products to 38 countries.

The PRCP team that participated in the transaction included Eduardo Vega (partner), Rocío Gordillo (associate) and María Fernanda Ríos (associate).
