We advised Banco BBVA Peru in the placement of two issuances under the Seventh Corporate Bond Program of Pluz Energía Perú S.A.A. for a total amount of S/ 280 million.

Our advice included the structuring of the Program and the issuances under which the placement of the corporate bonds was carried out.

The advice was in charge of our partner Eduardo Vega and our principal associate Rocío Gordillo.
