We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) in the structuring and registration of the Fifth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program of Mibanco, a leading microfinance company, as well as in the first issuance under said program for a maximum outstanding amount of S/ 1,200 million.
Thanks to our advice, Mibanco was able to place S/ 114 million, with a total demand of the value amounting to S/ 131 million.
