We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú in the granting of financing for an amount up to US$71,000,000.00 in favor of Inversiones Nacionales De Turismo S.A. and Inversiones La Rioja S.A.C., important companies in the real estate-hotel sector.

Our advice included the structuring of the operation for the refinancing of the borrowers through the creation of a new tranche to the existing loan, as well as the granting of the guarantees that backed it.
