We advised BCP on the structuring and issuance of Mibanco negotiable certificates of deposit

We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) on the structuring and issuance of Series F of the First Issuance under the Fifth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program of Mibanco, Banco de la Microempresa S.A., with a maximum program amount of PEN 1.2 billion.

Mibanco is one of Peru’s leading financial institutions focused on providing financing to micro and small enterprises, with an approximate 19% share of the Peruvian financial system.
