Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Colombia’s Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional in the sale of its stake in Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) to Ecopetrol, the largest oil company in Colombia, for US $ 3.7 billion.
ISA is a Colombian electricity public services company that has operations in energy, highways and telecommunications in Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Central America through 51 affiliates and subsidiaries.
