We advised COSCO SHIPPING Ports Chancay Peru in obtaining financing for the Chancay Multipurpose Port Project

Our partner Giovanna García and our associate Regina Odar advised COSCO SHIPPING Ports Chancay Peru in obtaining syndicated financing granted by a group of Chinese banks for the development of the Chancay Multipurpose Port Project, for up to US$ 975 million .

This is one of the most important port projects in Latin America and will turn Chancay (located in Huaral, Lima) into a regional trade hub and South American maritime node to Asia and Oceania. The Chancay Port Terminal will be a multipurpose port that will move containerized cargo, general cargo, non-mineral bulk cargo, and rolling cargo.
