We advised CPP Investments Board on the sale of its equity interest in Transportadora de Gas del Perú and Tecgas to EIG Partners.

We advised CPP Investment Board (CPP Investments) on the negotiation of the share purchase agreement for the sale of its equity interests in Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A. and Tecgas Inc. to vehicles controlled by EIG Partners.

Our work involved comprehensive and strategic legal advice throughout the negotiation, review and closing of the SPA and its ancillary agreements, enabling the client to successfully complete the transaction within tight timeframes. The transaction presented a high level of complexity, as it required in-depth legal analysis of multiple key aspects of the underlying business.
