We advised InRetail Perú Corp. on the acquisition of InFinance XP S.A.

We advised InRetail Perú Corp. (InRetail) in the purchase of 50% of the shares of IXP Holding Corp., indirectly acquiring 100% of InFinance XP S.A.

This agreement aims to strengthen InRetail’s position in the payments and consumer financing ecosystem in Peru.
