We advised Latinoamericana Redes y Comunicaciones S.A.C. in the execution of an agreement through which Vytal Group LTD would acquire control of Compañía Latinoamericana de Radiodifusión S.A. (Latina TV Peru).
Our advice included comprehensive accompaniment in all aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation and signing of the transaction documents. The closure is subject to verification of certain conditions and government authorizations.
