Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Volcan Compañía Minera in the structuring of a US$765 million financing.
Volcan Compañía Minera extracts silver, zinc and lead at its Yauli, Chungar, Alpamarca and Cerro de Pasco units, located in Peru’s central highlands. In addition, it owns 13 hydroelectric plants and has investments in the Chancay port.
