Labour and Employment

We advise our clients on the drafting, implementation and management of labor intermediation agreements and service outsourcing agreements, as well as on all types of business decentralization processes.

We also develop labor compliance and prevention programs aimed at verifying whether employers’ practices comply with applicable labor, tax, social security, and occupational health and safety regulations, and at planning the adoption of corrective or improvement measures. We also provide training to our clients on a wide range of labor matters, including mandatory training on the prevention and sanctioning of workplace sexual harassment.

We provide specialized advice on the identification, prevention and management of labor risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence tools in the workplace. Our services include the design of governance criteria, internal policies, supervision and traceability mechanisms, as well as labor audits of AI tools and executive training to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks in human resources processes.

Our experience also includes representing and advising clients in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitration proceedings, as well as in labor inspections, administrative proceedings and labor-related litigation.

In addition, we assist our clients with legal matters relating to the implementation of and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as with the corporate liabilities arising therefrom.

In immigration matters, we provide ongoing legal advice before, during and upon the completion of the employment of foreign personnel in Peru. Our advice covers the determination of appropriate immigration statuses and visas, the drafting of employment agreements, the determination of applicable employment conditions, the validity of residency permits, procedures for leaving the country, and any other procedures required to ensure that foreign nationals and their families may reside legally and without disruption in Peru.
