Our projects practice is interdisciplinary, combining the experience and knowledge of our finance, corporate, regulatory, environmental, real estate and litigation teams. That has allowed us to structure complex transactions and to assist our clients in their dealings with government agencies, local governments, commercial banks, the bond market, export credit agencies (ECAs), international financial institutions and multilateral development banks.

We advise on drafting and negotiating concession agreements and commercial contracts, including construction contracts (in their various forms), operation contracts and license agreements in connection with the implementation of all kinds of projects. We offer specialized regulatory advice, including obtaining licenses and permits from Peru's sector regulators.

We advise investors, project sponsors, financial institutions, contractors and suppliers with a significant market presence, which has allowed us to anticipate and, above all, to deeply understand the challenges that can arise from the conception of a project through to its operation.
