José Diego is Counsel of the firm, specializing in transactional tax law, international taxation, individual taxation and special and sector-specific regimes.
He has extensive experience in tax planning applied to the structuring of corporate reorganizations, including the generation of efficiencies in the structuring of investments in Peru by domestic and foreign investors, as well as the application of double taxation treaties. He also has experience in tax consulting focused on extractive activities (mining, hydrocarbons, fishing), as well as on agro-industrial companies and the participants in their value chain (processing plants, brokers, among others).
He has also advised individual clients on structuring their assets and seeking efficiency in their investments through trusts, Private Interest Foundations, insurance arrangements, international relocation, family protocols, among others.
