Uber Lopez
Associate
Uber is an associate of the firm, specializing in civil, contract, international and regulatory law, as well as in the resolution of investment project disputes between companies and between companies and States.
He has extensive experience in domestic and international investment and commercial arbitration. He has participated in cases administered by arbitral institutions such as ICSID, the IACAC, the ICC, the Lima Chamber of Commerce, AmCham, CARC PUCP, among others. He has also advised domestic and international companies in proceedings before regulatory agencies.
