We advised Banco BBVA on the structuring and placement of the First Issuance under the First Corporate Bond Program of MAF Perú, for an aggregate amount of up to S/ 50 million.

Our advice included comprehensive legal support throughout the structuring and placement of the issuance, which marked Mitsui Auto Finance Perú’s first entry into the Peruvian capital markets. The transaction formed part of the company’s broader strategy to diversify its funding sources, support growth, and strengthen its access to the local capital markets.
