We advised Banco BBVA Peru in the placement of two issuances under the Seventh Corporate Bond Program of Pluz Energía Perú S.A.A. for a total amount of S/ 280 million.
Our advice included the structuring of the Program and the issuances under which the placement of the corporate bonds was carried out.
