We invite you to participate in the Special Institute on International Mining and Energy Law, Development, and Investment – Lima, Peru 2025, an event organized by The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL) that will bring together mining professionals from around the world.
This international event aims to address key issues in the development and regulation of mining and energy at a global level, including extraterritorial jurisdiction, foreign investment (such as Chinese investments in Latin America), cybersecurity in extractive industries, ESG and corruption risks, informal mining, climate disputes, nuclear energy, and legal strategies to drive sustainable projects in the context of the energy transition.
It will take place from April 2 to 4 at the JW Marriott Lima and will offer three days full of specialized panels, idea exchange, and networking activities.
