On May 14, 2020, IFLR1000 recognized the landmark sovereign bond issuance by the Republic of Peru as one of the April 2020 Deals of the Month.
In this transaction, Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. as Underwriters, in connection with the global bond issuance in the international markets by the Republic of Peru for a total amount of US$3,000,000,000.
