We advised BBVA Peru on Mitsui Auto Finance Peru’s first Green Bond issuance

We advised BBVA Peru on the structuring and public offering of Series A of Mitsui Auto Finance Peru’s Green Bond issuance under its First Corporate Bond Program. The proceeds will finance vehicle loans for the purchase of low-emission Toyota and Lexus vehicles, reinforcing the transaction’s sustainability component.

We provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the process. Our work included reviewing the requirements and documentation necessary for the placement and issuance of the instrument as a “green bond” under the Lima Stock Exchange’s framework.
