Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados together with Davis Polk & Wardwell advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) in a subordinated bond issuance for US$ 600 million in the international markets, under the provisions of Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 of the United States of America.

The transaction will allow BCP to use the funds for general corporate purposes, such as the refinancing of outstanding obligations.
