We advised Alicorp Inversiones S.A. on the acquisition of a 60% stake in the share capital of Inka Crops S.A. and Procesadora Tropical S.A.

Thanks to our comprehensive advice, the transaction has been successfully signed.

The closing of the transaction remains subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including the buyer obtaining authorization from INDECOPI under the Law on Prior Control of Business Concentration Operations.
