We advised Banco BBVA in the Second Corporate Bond Issuance of Mitsui Auto Finance Peru

We advised Banco BBVA in the structuring of the Second Corporate Bond Issuance of Mitsui Auto Finance Peru (MAF), under its First Corporate Bond Program, for up to an amount of S/ 40 million. The issuance was successfully placed on the market for S/ 39.7 million, marking MAF’s first public offering in the Peruvian capital market.

The issuance is part of MAF’s strategy to diversify its sources of financing through access to the stock market.
