Subject Matter Experts
Transaction
We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú on an issuance of subordinated notes denominated “US$500,000,000 6.600% Subordinated Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Notes Due 2037 (Callable 2031)”, placed through a private offering in the international markets pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
Our advisory services included comprehensive legal assistance on all aspects of Peruvian law applicable to the transaction, with particular emphasis on the Subordinated Debt Regulations applicable to financial institutions, taking into account the subordinated nature of the securities issued.
Legal Team
The PRCP team responsible for the transaction was led by our partner Juan Antonio Egüez and comprised our counsel Gustavo Yokoo and our associate Cristina Miranda.
