Payet, Rey, Cauvi Pérez Abogados advised Banco de Crédito del Perú, Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., & Banco Interamericano de Finanzas as Lenders and Credicorp Capital as Arranger, on the restructuring of a S/152 million syndicated loan granted to San Fernando S.A. in December 2019.

Since 1963, San Fernando has been producing and selling pork and poultry products.
