We advised BBVA Securities Inc. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as structuring banks in the syndicated loan granted to Marcobre for up to US$ 300 million, under the laws of the State of New York.

The PRCP team that was in charge of this international financing operation was led by our partner Jose Cúneo and included our principal associate Mario Lercari.
