We advised BBVA Securities INC., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., New York Branch, in the issuance of international bonds by Marcobre for USD 400 million, under Rule 144-A and SEC Regulation. This is the first international bond issuance made by Marcobre.
