We advised Compass Fondo de Inversión Oportunidades Renta Fija, managed by Compass Group SAFI S.A., in the structuring of the First Securitization Bond Program – Yobel Logistics, for up to S/25,000,000.00, whose issuances will be placed through private offering.
Our advice included the constitution of a corresponding Securitization Trust and the placement and issuance of Bonds for up to S/20,000,000.00, whose funds were used to reprofile liabilities and other corporate purposes.
