Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Peru Energía Renovable S.A. (Grupo Enhol) in the financing of the project for the construction of the Central Solar Fotovoltaica Illa (CSF Illa) in Arequipa. It will be the largest plant of this type in Peru, and is expected to provide 2.5% of the total national energy once it is completed in 2026.
The energy generated by the plant, financed by the Santander Group, will be acquired by Kallpa, a Peruvian energy company that has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Enhol at a fixed price for 10 years.
