Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Grupo Centenario in the closing of the sale of 100% of its shares in Multimercados Zonales S.A.C., owner of the Minka shopping center, to the Chilean operator Parque Arauco, now that the buyer has managed to comply with the conditions of this acquisition and has received approval from Indecopi. The sale amount is approximately S/ 264 million.
We provide legal advice from the initial stages of the transaction, which included negotiations with multiple bidders and the performance of due diligence on the target company, covering corporate, contractual, regulatory, procedural aspects, among others. Subsequently, we assist the seller in the reception and analysis of the bidders’ proposals, as well as in the negotiation and signing of the final documents with the buyer, until the closing of the transaction.
