We advised Latinoamericana Redes y Comunicaciones S.A.C. in the execution of an agreement through which Vytal Group LTD would acquire control of Compañía Latinoamericana de Radiodifusión S.A. (Latina TV Peru).

Our advice included comprehensive accompaniment in all aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation and signing of the transaction documents. The closure is subject to verification of certain conditions and government authorizations.

The PRCP team that oversaw the advisory was made up of our partners José Antonio Payet and Guillermo Arribas, and our associate Camila Flores.

We advised Banco BBVA on the structuring and placement of the First Issuance under the First Corporate Bond Program of MAF Perú, for an aggregate amount of up to S/ 50 million
