Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Initial Purchasers in the structuring emission of international bonds for San Miguel Industrias and NG R&P Latin America SA for up to US $380 million.
San Miguel Industrias is a leading rigid plastic packaging solutions company in the Andean region, Central America and the Caribbean.
