We advised Scotiabank Peru on the structuring and issuance, through a public offering, of Series C of the First Issuance under the First Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Programme, for an amount of PEN 120 million.

We provided comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of the process, from structuring the transaction and preparing the Series documentation to its registration with the SMV and CAVALI.

The transaction strengthens Scotiabank Peru's presence in the Peruvian capital markets and reaffirms our team's position as a strategic legal adviser for its domestic issuances.
