Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Terpel on the sale of its service station assets in Peru and Ecuador to Primax for US$64 million. The closing of the agreement was in September 2025.
Our lawyers who participated in the transaction were partner Juan Antonio Egüez and Senior Expert Rafael Ortiz, both specialists in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Terpel’s divestment comes as it streamlines its business to focus more on its operations elsewhere in Latin America in order to boost profitability.
