We advised the lead investor of RBB, L.P. on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Liderman

We advised the lead investor of RBB, L.P., together with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, on the acquisition of a majority and controlling stake in Azzaro Trading S.A. (Liderman). Our work included advising on the execution of the public tender offer through which the acquisition was completed.

As a result of this transaction, The Carlyle Group fully exited its investment in Liderman.
