Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Hortifrut in the sale of part of its stake in HFE Berries, an important Peruvian company in the agricultural sector, to the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investment).
Santiago-based Hortifrut produces and sells a wide range of fresh and frozen berries, such as redcurrants, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
